Industry Stalwart Anjan Bose joins as the Chief Advisor at The Insight Tribe, a boutique healthcare consulting firm.

The Insight Tribe, a healthcare strategy and innovation consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Mr. Anjan Bose as the Chief Advisor of the Insight Tribe Advisory Council. A veteran of the Medtech and Healthcare industry, Mr. Bose brings over four decades of experience, leading global healthcare businesses and shaping India’s healthcare policy landscape.
His appointment marks a significant step in The Insight Tribe’s mission to support healthcare innovators with insight-led, execution-focused strategies. The firm has played a pivotal role in enabling market entry for a U.S.-based pediatric care chain, supporting the India strategy of a European rapid molecular diagnostic company, conducting market research and GTM planning for Medtech firms entering complex markets, and helping Imaging Centres chart sustainable growth strategies. The Insight Tribe works closely with both startups and global players to navigate regulatory challenges, align stakeholder needs, and drive adoption in fast-evolving healthcare ecosystems.

Mr. Bose has held a series of influential leadership roles over his four-decade-long career. He served as President of Philips Healthcare & Consumer Lifestyle (India & South Asia) and Regional Director at Philips Medical HQ in the Netherlands. At Hewlett Packard, he held multiple senior positions including Asia Pacific Vice President for Emerging Markets & Financial Programs and Vice President & Head for South East Asia & India within the Medical Products Group. He also served as Managing Director of Datex-Ohmeda India & South Asia.
Beyond corporate roles, Mr. Bose has played a central role in shaping India’s medtech and healthcare ecosystem. He was the Founding Chairman of FICCI’s Medical Equipment Forum, Chairman of FICCI’s National Healthcare Services Committee, and Chairman of CII’s Medical Equipment Division. He most recently served as the Founding Secretary General of NATHEALTH, where he led the creation of a collaborative platform that united industry stakeholders around a shared vision for India’s healthcare transformation.
Post his corporate career, Mr. Bose has continued to mentor emerging healthcare ventures and advise reputed institutions such as Tata Medical and Diagnostics, FICCI Healthcare, India accelerator , Praxis global alliance , Bodhi Health, ExperienceFlow(silicon valley AI based global hi tech company) and Goa Institute of Management.
