With over 22 years of extensive healthcare experience at Apollo, GE, and Philips, Amit has successfully led multimillion-dollar P&Ls and excelled in Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management. 

During his time at GE, he played a pivotal role in securing substantial funding for the revolutionary Make in India CT, Revolution ACT, transforming the Indian market. At Philips, as the Director of Diagnostic Imaging for the Indian Subcontinent, he led an unprecedented growth for Philips in Diagnostic Imaging. He has also played an important role in building The Apollo Clinic and Cradle brand in the diagnostic healthcare space early in his career. 

Amit's previous role at DeepTek focused on expanding global reach and strategizing business models for AI and Enterprise Imaging products. He began his career at Nasan, introducing a pioneering pay-per-use scheme in the medical device industry. A recognized thought leader in AI in healthcare, Amit is also an Angel Investor and Start-up Advisor at Loyal VC.

Amit is an Engineer in Medical Electronics and is a management graduate and Sloan Fellow and is an alumnus of INSEAD and London Business School.

Ravi Ramaswamy, a distinguished healthcare leader with over four decades of experience, retired from Philips in September 2020 and assumed the role of CEO at RV Consultants He brings in expertise in Program Management , Product Development , Make in India, R&D .He used to lead Philips Innovation Campus in Bangalore. He has a BE and Masters in Engineering Management.

Vinay Krithik

Vinay has selling experience of products in different life stages and has worked for Startups and companies like GE and Philips in Key Account management , market creation , market expansion , financing deals etc . Vinay is Electronics and Telecommunication engineer and executive management in Humanistic Psychology

Rahul Menon

Rahul is a Medical Device leader with experience across multiple geographies including North America. He used to lead the Ultrasound business for Philips in North America. He brings in expertise in information management , product management and marketing along with business management. He is MBA from INSEAD, Masters in IT from Virginia Tech USA and BE in Computer Science.

Chaitanya Nimmakayala

Chaitanya has 19 years of experience primarily in the Medical devices sectors in India, US, Asia-Pac, South America, China, Eastern Europe and Africa. She worked with General Electric (GE) in the capacity of Global Marketing Director for their affordable and intelligent $320M CT scanner portfolio for developing markets.  Over the last two years, Chaitanya has worked extensively with healthcare start-ups enabling their commercialization in India with her medtech expertise and networks.Chaitanya has an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of business, University of Michigan, and an Engineering degree from SJCE, Mysore.

Dr Amit Talele

Amit is an experienced Hospital Management Consultant and has advised a range of owners, operators and investors in hospitals and healthcare delivery organizations in India, Middle East and Africa. He has led engagements focused on performance improvements, value-based care models and comprehensive advisory for setting up new hospital facilities. He is a Masters in Healthcare Policy from Carnegie Melon , US and BDS from Mumbai University. 

Chhitiz Kumar

Chhitiz Kumar has over 25 years of experience across Johnson & Johnson, GE Capital and Philips. In his leadership journey, he has worked extensively in India, South Asia, Singapore, Middle East and Turkey, crossing multiple geographies & cultures. 

Chhitiz was the founder director of HealthMaP Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd, a unique Healthcare venture of Manipal group and Philips. Chhitiz is B.Tech from IIT, Dhanbad, MBA from IIM, Kolkata and Advanced Management Program (AMP) from INSEAD, France. 

Prateek Jain

Practice Leader

Prateek Jain is a mechanical engineer by education and obtained both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Prateek began his career in the heavy engineering and industrial automation sectors, working at Larsen & Toubro and Bharat Forge. A collaboration with an oral cancer surgeon sparked his interest in medical devices, culminating in the development of a voice prosthesis device that notably improved its lifespan. He has successfully overseen more than 20 medical device projects and holds multiple patents for innovative technologies. Apart from his professional interests, he enjoys his time with photography, calisthenics and outdoor biking.

Nishant Kumar

Nishant is a medical devices innovator and entrepreneur passionate about advancing the frontiers of medicine with transformative medical device solutions. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He started his career at Philips Healthcare, contributing to the design of interventional X-ray C-arm systems.His work in the field earned him the "Innovator Under 35" title from MIT Technology Review India. Besides his professional pursuits, Nishant enjoys poetry, drumming, and mathematics.
